Administrative Assistant


Mama Bath + Body is hiring a full-time administrative assistant. We are seeking an organized go-getter who thrives on maintaining systems and order in a creative environment.  Previous admin experience preferred.

 Main Job Duties:

*Office Management including answering phones, assisting with billing and payroll, inventory management and ordering 
*Operating a commercial label printer (training will be provided)
*Customer Service - manage all emails and phone calls in a timely manner for online orders
*Assisting with website management using BigCommerce CMS (adding products, managing orders, etc.)
*Wholesale Account Management including customer service, shipping and invoicing 
*Accounting - managing paperwork and files, entering data into Quickbooks, tracking and calling about accounts receivable 
*Managing administrative paperwork and light data entry
*Provide general support to CEO as needed
*Packing and shipping online orders, including delivery to post office

 Ideal Candidate Will:

*Have customer service experience
*Have administrative assistant experience including office management
*Have a working knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
*A basic knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus
*Basic Computer Skills (MAC preferred, basic experience with CMS and basic photo editing software)
*Attention to detail & organization skills
*Ability to problem solve & find solutions as needed
*Have a positive, figure it out attitude
*Be able to commit to at least 1 year
*Be able to start immediately

Essential Job Functions:

*Must be able to organize and juggle a variety of tasks on any given day
*Must be able to pack wholesale orders including bending & lifting (up to 30 lbs) 
*Must be able to master website e-commerce platform (BigCommerce) with minimal training
*Must have high attention to detail 
*Must have basic MS Office Excel skills (or ability to learn)

About the Job:

*This is a full time job. Hours are Monday - Friday 10 am - 6 pm
*Must be available to work on occasional weekends for sales.
*This is a busy job. There's rarely any downtime.
*Job is located at our production studio in Avondale Estates, GA. 
*Job is mostly using computer, but will require physical activity from time to time.
*Pay is $14/hour
