Administrative Assistant - Part Time

JOB DESCRIPTION: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (You will be required to provide proof of vaccination)

Mama Bath + Body is hiring a part-time administrative assistant. We are seeking an organized go-getter who thrives on maintaining systems and order in a creative environment. Previous admin experience preferred.

Main Job Duties:

*Office Management including answering phones, assisting with billing and payroll, inventory management and ordering 
*Customer Service - manage all emails and phone calls in a timely manner for online orders
*Assisting with website backend (uploading products, managing orders, etc) using BigCommerce (training will be provided)
*Packing and shipping Internet and Wholesale orders

*Managing email list and scheduling email blasts

*Place inventory and supply orders for back office
*Managing administrative paperwork and light data entry
*Provide general support to owner as needed

 Ideal Candidate Will:

*Have customer service experience and a great customer facing personality
*Have administrative assistant experience including office management
*Have a working knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
*Basic Computer Skills (Mac preferred, basic experience with E-commerce platforms and basic photo editing software)
*Attention to detail & organization skills
*Ability to problem solve & find solutions as needed
*Have a positive, figure it out attitude
*Be able to commit to at least 1 year after a 60 day trial period
*Be able to start immediately

Essential Job Functions:

*Must be able to organize and juggle a variety of tasks on any given day
*Must be able to pack wholesale orders including bending & lifting (up to 30 lbs) 
*Must be able to master website e-commerce platform (BigCommerce) with minimal training
*Must have high attention to detail 
*Must have basic MS Office Excel skills (or ability to learn)

About the Job:

*This is a part-time job offering approx 20 to 25 hours per week (with more hours potentially available). Work day is 10 to 5 (3 to 4 days a week) and must available an occasional weekend for sales.
*This is a busy job. There's rarely any downtime.
*Job is located at our production studio in Avondale Estates, GA. 
*Job is some computer work and some physical work, so must be able to stand for periods at a time
*Starting pay is $14/hour
