Shipping + Returns
*We currently offer flat rate shipping at $8.95 and US orders over $100 receive free shipping! (The rate and free shipping threshold are subject to change)
We typically will ship orders within 7 business days at the latest. You will be notified by email when your order has shipped and then will receive another notification that your order was delivered. At this time, shipping services (we use USPS and UPS) are experiencing unprecedented delays, so we can’t check on the status of a package beyond what is listed with it's tracking number until 15 days past our ship date. (It is our experience that even if a package isn't tracking properly, they have still been arriving). If your package is marked as delivered and you haven't received it, you will need to contact your local post office. We cannot be responsible for stolen packages and are not able to intervene once the package has been marked as delivered.
International Shipping
At this time, we are not shipping Internationally.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the return shipping costs.
Any damages or discrepancies must be addressed within 7 days of receiving product.
Opened/used items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you need to return an item, please email: mama@loveyourmama.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 business days of our receiving the package back at our location.
