Mama Bath + Body typically ships most orders within 72 hours if order is placed Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays). However, due to our products being handmade, shipping can sometimes (especially during the holidays) take a bit longer. If your order is going to take a little longer, we will let you know! If you need to rush your order, please send an email to! We are happy to work with you! All packages are shipped from our flagship store in Atlanta, GA.

Most orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail. If you have a shipping preference, please make a note when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request!

You will be notified by email when your order has shipped and then will receive another notification that your order was delivered. If your package is marked as delivered and you haven't received it, you will need to contact your local post office! We cannot be responsible for stolen packages! 

International Shipping

We are based in Atlanta GA, and our website is currently only set up for shipping within the United States, but we are happy to ship anywhere in the world. For a quote, simply email us at with the following information:

2. Address where the items will be delivered

We will send you back a quote for shipping. If you decide to move forward with the order, we will send you an invoice via email that you can pay online. Once the invoice is paid, we typically ship orders within 48 hours of payment. Please note that shipping internationally generally costs as much as sub-totals. 


Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the return shipping costs.

Any damages or discrepancies must be addressed within 7 days of receiving product.

Sale items and herbs and teas are final purchases and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Opened/used items cannot be returned or exchanged.

You should expect to receive your refund within 7 business days of our receiving the package back at our location.
